Jill Meyer Swann was born and raised in the United States, but moved to Provo in 1987 to work in the water sports center at Club Med. Jill believes that “Life is Water” and cannot remember a day in her life that didn’t include water play and swimming. She has been working around water and has spent her entire life teaching swimming, windsurfing, kiteboarding, sailing, kayaking and paddle boarding and also holds a boat captain’s license and is a PADI Rescue scuba diver.
Jill’s mission in life is to share her passion and knowledge of water sports and swimming with others, and to keep the families of the Turks & Caicos Islands safe from the tragedy of drowning.
This, and her experience as a mother, is what took Jill to pursue her qualification in Infant Self Rescue (ISR). As you know, a child that swims is more confident and will excel in school and throughout their lives. Swimming is a necessary life skill especially in the islands of Turks & Caicos where we live, work, and play in such close proximity to the ocean.
Jill is famous for her positive energy, patience, and passion for life ~ Just add salt water and she comes to life!
Come join Jill and her team in exploring water and water activities here in Turks & Caicos. Enjoy the Magic that exists once we take that first leap of faith, get wet, splash and enjoy all that water-based Adventures can bring to our lives!
